We provided partnership consulting services to the American Academy of Pediatrics. The work was designed to comprehensively review all corporate revenue streams and grow revenue (both endemic and non-endemic), while adhering to mission and internal sponsorship guidelines.
We are currently providing partnership consulting services to the American Society of Safety Professionals. The work is designed to comprehensively review all corporate revenue streams and grow revenue. The outcome will be an entirely new ASSP organization-wide Partnership architecture.

JSB was hired to deliver a full-day sponsorship training to the CEW sponsorship staff. The project involved a full assert review, staff interviews, a full-day training and follow up to support the sponsorship education of leadership.
JSB is working with CreativePro to help them capture their full asset value by expanding from event sponsorship only offerings to annual AND event sponsorship offerings.
JSB delivered sponsorship consulting designed to maximize the collective assets of SMG Worldwide in Ontario including the GOCVB, Ontario Convention Center and Toyota Arena. The project was centered around future naming rights for the sports and entertainment arena recently announced as Toyota Arena (formerly Citizens Business Bank Arena). SMG leadership and management are involved in the Toyota Arena operations and with the GOCVB marketing the venue as a visitor destination.
JSB provided sponsorship packaging and pricing along with sales support and staff training. The work was focused on packaging for new Marathon brand category prospects, along with other events offered through Hartford Marathon Foundation. In six months from implementing the new strategy, HMF has added two new Annual Partners as well as several other major partnerships based on the packaging and pricing strategy, adding significant six figures in new sponsorship revenue. HMF also expects to move additional partners into the new Annual Partner package as their contracts come up for renewal.
We provided partnership consulting services to the National Apartment Association. The work was designed to provide an update and refresh from work in 2016. It was centered around contemplating new organizational assets and driving new value for all levels of partners.
JSB, in collaboration with Matt Petersen and Petey Sponsorship Consulting, provided market place research, packaging guidance and valuation guidance for Phoenix Children’s Hospital as they were exploring Naming Rights for the hospital.
